Christie?

Christie  is the Founder and Owner of The Sacred Rose Center, a female healing and empowerment ministry rooted in Afrocentric practices. 

A first-generation Haitian-American, Christie is a priestess and theologian in African spirituality. She earned her master's degree with honors in theological studies from Harvard Divinity School, with an emphasis on Afro-Diasporic religions. Her research area of interest and passion is anchored in helping African descendants across the Diaspora remember and reclaim their ancestral lineage spiritual practices, regardless of their indigenous African religious affiliation.

Coming from a long ancestral line of theologians, spiritual leaders, and healers, Christie is focused on helping everyday people experience heart-centered healing, spiritual clarity, and purposeful transformation. 

In addition, Christie spent 20 years traveling the world as a technologist and management consultant in Corporate America. She is an award-winning, bestselling author, two-time TEDx speaker, former college professor, and a political advisor/campaign manager to politicians and candidates of color. 

Christie is happily married and has been with her husband for over 15 years. They live in Boston with their two children.

A certified PCF career coach, she has extensive experience advising, coaching, and training leaders across industries to integrate purpose-driven, spiritual principles with best practices in private and public sector organizations. Christie brings a sharp strategic lens, deep empathy, and a strong track record of helping women lead with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.

Over a 20-year management consulting career at prestigious companies such as IBM, EY, and Deloitte, Christie has advised and partnered with hundreds of organizations across 50+ industries, 10 countries, and 4 continents at the intersection of technology, strategy, and human capital.

She is the CEO and Founder of a certified B Corporation human capital and organizational development firm. She has managed political campaigns and advised campaign staff and elected officials in Massachusetts, Georgia, and Rhode Island.

She has taught at the collegiate level, delivered two TEDx talks, and written a bestselling, award-winning book.

Her work on workforce inclusion, culture, and Black women's issues has been featured in dozens of media outlets over the years such as Essence, Forbes, Harvard Business Review, and The Wall Street Journal.

What that means in practice: she can read a P&L and read a room. She can build the operating model and hold the ritual. She brings ancestral consciousness to work that is measured in Fortune 100 outcomes; and she has the receipts on both sides.
